At Circuitronics, we can create anything you dream of. With our vast engineering resources, years of experience, and in-house talent and equipment, we have the ability to design virtually any product.

We understand that you don't have to be an engineer to have a successful product — let us help you shape your idea into reality.
Whether it's a paper napkin sketch or a completed design with a bill of materials, we can help at any stage of your product's development. We use a phase-gate style model for product development to ensure quality, transparency, and predictable timelines.
Your IP is safe with us. We value your intellectual property and are always willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement for your protection.
Our Phase-Gate Process
Each phase has clearly defined goals, deliverables, and checkpoints — ensuring your product moves forward with confidence at every step.

Phase 1
We always want to start by knowing more about your product, design, or idea. We value your intellectual property and are always will to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement for your protection. This is also an opportunity for us to ask questions to ensure we understand what your ultimate goal is for your product.

Phase 2
This is when we begin to define the product and perform thorough research to help estimate the time, cost, and feasibility of the product’s development. This is typically done by selecting and defining the crucial components required for the product. The goal of this phase is:
Goals of This Phase:

Phase 3
Our team of engineers will now begin to create 2D and 3D designs and models of the product down to the component level. A bill of materials will be created with every component required to manufacture the product. Frequent updates of the sketches and models will be sent to the customer for approval and to ensure accuracy of the concept. The final deliverables of this phase will include all the design files required to prototype and create your new product.

Phase 4
Our engineers and technicians will work together to assemble your prototype. We understand that our customers are very anxious during this stage of development so using our resources we are able to get many raw materials overnighted and expedited to ensure the quickest possible turnaround times. Many of the raw materials are processed in-house and a few processes such as powder coating and C&C machining are processed at local partner facilities. The final assembly is always completed in-house. We are able to work with any type of material, metals, plastics, rubber, composites, etc.

Phase 5
Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to handle a very wide range of volumes. Many of our prototype and NPD projects only require as little as 1 to 10 assemblies but we also provide some of our customers with volumes as high as a million assemblies per year. All of our manufacturing is done in our Sanford, Florida factory and we encourage customers to visit our 10,000 sq. ft. climate controlled factory.

Multi-Material Expertise
We work with metals, plastics, rubber, composites, and more — whatever your product requires.
Quick-Turn Prototyping
Expedited material sourcing and in-house processing for the fastest possible turnaround times.
